Our dining experience at Truffles last night was sublime - this newly opened restaurant is truly exceptional - what a gem for Kilkenny! From the intimate and understatedly elegant atmosphere, to the stellar service and friendliness from the waitstaff and owners, to the imaginative and inspired menu (especially for vegetarians and vegans!), to the beautifully presented plates - a total five stars!
