How it works: When you swipe a StarCash gift card for payment, the cost of whatever you're buying is deducted from the card’s value. You'll get a receipt telling you how many dollars are left on it.

Gift Card Expiry

All new StarCash cards have a 24 month expiry from the date of issue. You can use the card until your balance is finished or the card expires, whichever comes first.

You should treat this card like cash. If it's lost or stolen we won't be able to replace it. The value on your card can be redeemed for goods and services at any participating Caltex retailer. It cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded or exchanged and we cannot give you change when you use it. Your card value expires 24 months after the card was issued. When your card expires, any unused value on it can't be redeemed, transferred or refunded.
